Do I need to upload the invoice file?
Yes. To ensure your client can view and download the invoice directly from our reminders, a PDF or image of the original invoice is required to start automated follow-ups.
Can I stop the emails if they pay?
Yes. Your client can confirm payment via a link in the email, or you can mark the invoice as paid in your dashboard to instantly stop all future reminders.
Will the emails come from my address?
Emails are sent from our secure notification system but are clearly marked as being on your behalf. If a client replies, the response goes directly to your inbox.
Is this a debt collection agency?
No. We simply automate the polite, professional email follow-ups you would send yourself if you had the time. We do not call your clients or take legal action.
