We process this Client Data as a Data Processor on your behalf. As the Data Controller, you are responsible for ensuring you have a valid legal basis (such as legitimate interest or contractual necessity) for sharing this data with us.

Recipients of reminders sent via InvoiceChasr have the following rights:
- Right to Opt-out: Every reminder email contains a link to stop further automated reminders if, for example, it was sent to the wrong person.
- Right to Information: Recipients can contact the sender (the Controller) or us to understand how their data is being processed.
- Right to Erasure: Recipients may request the deletion of their data. We will assist Controllers in fulfilling these requests.

We may use tracking technologies in our transactional emails (such as invoices and reminders) to confirm successful delivery and to know when you or your recipients open an email or click a link.
